Shamanic Drumming:

There are two fundamental rhythms in Shamanic Drumming: the mother beat and the father beat.
The mother beat is slow and steady, like a heartbeat, inviting us to turn inward and connect with our own inner wisdom, where as the father beat is fast and dynamic, calling us to action and outward expression.
When these rhythms are woven together in a shamanic drumming session, they create a powerful journey of transformation. It is known that specific drumming tempos can change our brainwave patterns, guiding us into a relaxed and even dreamlike state. During these altered states of consciousness, we can access heightened creativity, insight, and emotional release allowing us to reduce anxiety, lower blood pressure, and boost immune system. 

Magnetic Healing: 

This healing is not with magnets. The Healer themselves are the magnet. This is where the person conducting the healing will draw the negative energy, pain,  emotional state into oneself and neutralises it before it is sent back into the universe leaving you calm, relaxed and allowing you to think clearly. A magnetic healer can also reduce anxiety and remove blockages created from physical and mental situations including balancing your meridian lines and chakras.
